A lot of people asked me to post a compilation of these videos. Please remember Ann Woodwad, and Gloria Vanderbilt are already on the channel, as well as the death of Capote, though that video was not narrated by me. These ones, I adjusted the music a little as people had complained. Regardless, I will be back on Wednesday with a new video and I am working on a great one for next Saturday. Just to remember where we were :) I even left the Grosvenor mistake ❤❤🤭🤭

Just to deal with the question here: Why did you cover Jackie? Jackie was not a swan. Two reasons: 1. Jackie and Truman knew each other very well, and she even knew Truman before Lee and he would visit her at the White House, however after he told people he saw her changing in the bedroom, she cut him off almost completely. Though he did write her a beautiful letter when her son Patrick died. 2. I feel to understand Lee's story, we have to parallel it with her sister; as for so much of their lives they entwined.

This was a very intriguing compilation of Truman Capote's "swans, " l found each and every woman had their own perspective on how they chose to live their lives. Great investigation, presentation, backstories, and photos, as well. Take care 🦋

This is my dream video come true!!! Thank you so much for putting this all together. Also - I completely agree. You have to understand Jackie and Lee’s relationship in order to understand Lee and Truman’s. Oh that man was such a kettle stirrer!!!

Beautifully composed, edited, presented. So much context that was forgotten for decades, and letting us into the entire lives of these women helped to appreciate why they were so captivating. I appreciated that there were snide remarks, no judgments hinted at.v I am goiung to explore more of your biographies.

I re-watch this one the most. You're so damned good at this, I have no words. I'd love to see you do Wu Zetian, who was a badass queen, and Gloria Graham, who was complicated, scandalous, and kinda dark. Thank you.

So excited to listen but just realized as we’re leaving for a hike I need to watch for the selection of images - mustn’t be missed. I very much enjoyed the individual videos but it’s good to watch a compilation to solidify the memory cells. Laters!

These women just handed their children off to whomever struck their fancy. There seemed to be little concern about their babies which is incredibly sad for the children.

Pamela was not "fat" or unattractive. My goodness! The sheer audacity and sadness in other people deciding your worth based on the physical. Not much has changed.

Lee Radzwill was entitled. She was wealthy so why should Jackie leave her money when she had given her loads of money and jewelry when she was alive. My sister is wealthy and I am not. She had a spouse and kids and I have that plus grandkids. Our mother is still alive, but is 97 and has dementia. If my sister where to pass away - it has never crossed my mind that she should or would leave me anything.
