Build 107 + 108 – Brent + Nicole: General Workstation

Brent and Nicole are general workstations. Brent is designed around a 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X processor and an RTX 3060Ti 8GB video card. Nicole is designed around a 4-core i5-4690K processor and a GTX 970 4GB video card.

Brent Needs
This customer needed a powerful new workstation designed for video editing, photo editing, gaming, streaming, 3D modeling, and general use. This customer wanted a dedicated computer strong enough to handle Premiere, Photoshop, and OBS. He also preferred liquid cooling visually over air cooling. A good long-term upgrade path was important, as sleek visuals. Several existing parts were reused in this build to keep cost down.

Nicole Needs
This customer needed a new general workstation that could be upgraded fairly easily and was as reliable as possible. While not a brand-new system, this build does have a few key components for long-term upgrades. Several existing parts were reused in this build to keep cost down.
