I've been using consistently for 3 years. I have at least once a week what I call "fluff and buff". it's a night that's all self care. A relaxing bath, light exfoliation for my face and a face mask. Deep conditioner for my hair. Sometimes I start with dry brushing my body. While my mask is working I use a body cream. Pedicure and nails, cuticle oil, the whole nine yards. The skin being the largest organ of your body needs care. I even own a diamond body file! Soft cotton pajamas and let it all soak in. I'm 72 but my skin is as good as possible and gets the attention it deserves. It pays dividends. Thanks for spreading the word, our skin takes a beating so it's a necessity.

Am I the only one whose mind is blown 🤯 over the fact that the number one misuse was that people aren’t washing their faces before putting a sheet mask on??

As a flight attendant, I have 6 day layovers in Incheon. It’s amazing all the good skin care they have, even at the grocery stores, including shampoos, bath products, etc. And so much less expensive than the USA!
One thing I noticed, is how much they protect themselves against the sun: wearing long sleeves and pants when exercising in the park, wearing hats with all 3 sides of your face protected.
I can walk in a doctor’s office ( no appointment needed) and get ultalaser for $120 US.
And they gift you masks everywhere you buy lotions or get treatments.

Masking is such a wonderful addition to any skincare routine. I presently use both K-Beauty and J-Beauty sheet masks. Theres so much essence especially with J-Beauty masks that sometimes I squeeze the essence into a clean glass/plastic container and store in the refrigerator. Each morning after cleansing Ill pat some of the stored essence unto my skin, wait a few minutes for absorption then continue with my routine. Its a game changer. It gives more protection and your skin will glow to the Gods. Lol. Doc I'll have to definitely try yours. Will order soon. Thanks again for the info. One Love 🇯🇲

Thank you for explaining reverse osmosis! I stopped using sheet masks because of this, my face looked dehydrated after removing the mask! I thought it was just Arizona weather!

I didn't know about the twice a week thing but my son and I try to use them once a week. He's a preteen and we're try to be preemptive about teen skin as he has already had a couple breakouts. We love to put them on then watch an episode of a show together.

I use a mask in the steam room for 10 - 15 minutes. Super moist. Then, when still damp, thin layer of a glycerine containing cream to seal moisture in. Can use Vaseline too 🎉need to super clean my face first. Thanks for that info!

I did not know that I should moisturize after the mask. My beauty professional never told me that, ever! Thankyou for giving us these important suggestions. Xx

I am using sheet masks and love using them. I just need to use them more. Next time I use one, I'm using all of the liquid; didn't know to put it on other areas of the skin. Thanks for this informative video and tips!👍

If you cover your sheet mask with a silicone mask doesn't this increase the benefits since no evaporation occurs? I do this overnight once a week and in the morning the mask is still very moist and I see greater benefits I was using a particular mask to target. My silicone mask covers my entire face and neck. I use the excess serum on my neck (and back of hands & cover with silicone gloves) my neck and hands have done a 180° in a short amount of time.

Hello 👋
This might be a no no but I put my mask back in the pouch and reuse it. There’s so much product left over that I can get 3 uses out of one mask! I just fold the top over and put a chip clip on it.

Thank you for this information. I've been sheet masking for many years but usually do it in the morning, from now on, I'll do it at night. I use one on my face, one on my neck, and one on my declotee (sp?), because it's hard to find ones with the neck included. I also wipe the used mask over my arms and legs before I toss them. I use a lot of snail mucin ones.Great video, thank you.
