After the fiasco with the front bumper, I kinda figured out how to keep the paint from bubbling when painting. I used a Nasson 2k primer sealer to seal the Duplicolor single stage paint before I sprayed on the urethane base coat and clear coat system. See how it turned out.

When you paint those kind of bumper covers aren't you supposed to add some sort of additive so the paint stays a bit flexible so it doesn't crack from the expansion and contraction from temp changes and even from touching or bumping into it?
