Create a pop-up alert in Google Sheets

You explain everything 13minutes long and I was trying so hard to imitate the same you did but you seriously tell that it doesn't work on smartphones at the END of that 😡🤯😡🤯😡🤯😡 You should have done that at the beginning so no one wastes hours of time for nothing!!!n
