I have been granted 100% Permanent and Total Disability and Special Monthly Compensation L-1 in 2019. But the VA Affairs Regional Office only gave me the SMC-L1 and not my 100% Permanent and Total Disability. The VA Affairs said I was getting the correct payment. They owe me retrocative pay from January 24th 2011.
