There really hasn't been much savings in the coverage gap. Drug manufacturers just hiked their retail prices. It's an illusion. ACA wound up hurting MA overall with higher out of pocket maximums by reducing the funding for MA

that part A deductible is not "waived" if you have already paid it and have to come back in that 60 day period again, You have just already paid it.

I didn't qualify for Medicare because I didn't have enough work credits and was given Medicaid thru social security and Medicaid pays for everything.. I don't want to have to pay for advantage or supplement costs
Because I don't get the full income ( I get only $841.00 a month) so I can't afford Medicare because it would take about half of my check.Can I keep Medicaid ?
