Can I just say real quick that I'm really hyped for Fluyo. Loads of us have wanted and needed this kind of app for years

I love Pimsleur so much. I'll admit it's hard to just sit down and listen to it, so I walk around my neighborhood while practicing my Spanish, or listen to it as I go to work or go back home. So I get the added benefit of exercise!

I’m honestly so excited to use fluyo. I’ve been learning Japanese for awhile now but it’s been pretty tough so having a fun app to keep me accountable is going to be great. Can’t wait to support 😊

Duolingo gets trashed so bad across YouTube. Having tried a few others, I find Duolingo to be a great app.

My biggest problem with the duolingo change isn't the fact that they made it so there's no multiple paths, or that the lessons are less comprehensive, but the fact that they just remove random features like the word list. I like adding all the words I know into programs such as anki which helps for further practice. I literally only use duolingo now to keep my mind focused and motivated on keeping at the language rather than actually learning much from duolingo.

One really fun app I use for building vocabulary is Drops, I really feel like it isn't talked about enough. I like that it uses pictures instead of your native language (English in my case), so you're associating the word in your target language with what it mean rather than translating it.

Hey bro. Just finished your ikenna method course. I really enjoyed it. The best part for me was the fact that you gave a clear progression and identification for benchmarks. It makes it easy to know when you're getting better and spells out a step by step process.

I was one of the first people to get the duolingo update and while a lot of people hate it I love it and enjoy duolingo so much more now. It feels completeable now too. Can’t wait for fluyo!

I’m not only exited to test fluyo as someone who wants to learn new languages but also because I’m a software developer myself and I’m always exited to support other developers ✌🏻

Tbh, I've really enjoyed the Duolingo update. For the flagship languages, the little explanations of grammar is helpful and the new paths have spaced repetition baked into it

I use lingq and I'm here in ecuador speaking perfect Spanish. The key is get a native to write transcriptions and study it over the course of a few days

Mango languages is my favorite...i used this app every single day for at least 2 hours a day. In About 5 months I was conversational. I was able to hold down simple conversations, I also made notes all over my house to advance my learning.

My top app is LingQ. If I could use only one language learning tool it would be LingQ. I’m excited about fluyo tho

When I began my journey of learning French, I saw so many people recommend some of these apps. But after a ton of trials and research I ended going with Rocket Languages and so far I love it! Nice that it focuses on not only speaking and understanding, it’s been great with grammar and spelling. Great alternative and probably the most comparable to Pimsleur in my opinion. Also, Rocket Languages almost always have huge sales!

Looking forward to your app; it’s quite inspiring what you’ve achieved even after being dealt a raw hand these past few years. Hope you’re feeling well, and I’ll jump on that kickstarter when it appears.

I thought you weren't gonna mention LingQ but you did, pleasent surprise, also I use it, but instead of books, I just listen to podcasts on there, nice way to find I+1 content

I’m genuinely surprised how rarely LingQ is mentioned in this sort of video because for me honestly that is by far the best language learning app. Granted, I am a person that loves reading but to me that is the easiest, most effortless most interesting way to learn vocab.

I like the new desktop version of Duolingo. I like it because it forces you to learn how to spell words in the language you are wanting to learn.
