TomTom GO PROFESSIONAL 6250 Fail or Not simple road Truck HGV route test

Can anyone tell me how you get on the setting for size of vehicle and weight limits, I have set all the other dimensions apart from the second line down, weight/axle load?

Nothing wrong with that route. B roads are usually fairly decent. I had a look on google maps satellite view and the B1106 has lane markings all the way through. You should try driving an artic in devon and cornwall my friend. even the A roads are horrendous.

I also have tomtom 6250 in uk in Bideford I had to go from postcode :ex313hb to postcode :ex393hn I had all dimensions set up ok it tried taking me over a 3 tonne bridge..
I didn’t know area very well but I know this wasn’t a new bridge..
I think sometimes my friend best double checking routes switching traffic alerts off ..they can also divert you..

That b Road is totally fine Ive been that way many of times as you turn left at the roundabout there is trees pretty close to the road so if abother truck is coming down that road it's like 3ooyards just let them threw but after that it's a nice drive that way

How about trying to check what alternative routes TT gives you. Have you tried that?

Have you set up correctly? TomTom calculates the fastest route, if you have Traffic Control available and on that other road, there are road works or a traffic jam, it lets you drive on a different route.
It is best to check this on MyDrive on your smartphone, by zooming in, where you are in doubt. Or take the Go Navigation App as a check (costs 14 euros per year)

Because the A134 is 7.5t in only one direction at thetford and it doesn’t see that

I got a tomtom go 6200 today entered in the address I need and it does not ask for height or weight limits have skipped a step or something ?

Did you take in to consideration traffic on the route you would of picked? Tomtom may not of sent you that way due to traffic?

I live in Norfolk and have for many years. the TomTom was wrong, A134 is better. the other road isn't a 'bad' road but not as good as A134

Your way is better than the Tom Tom 100%, maybe the Tom Tom took you that way as the road in thetford is restricted but only one way for vehichles over 7.5 tonne, travelling from thetford to bury st edmunds way. Police pull lorries daily in thetford travelling to bury, on spot fines £300. Thanks for video, I'm thinking of getting this sat nav.

Io ho acquistato il tomtom ho professionale 6250 e in tutta sincerità mi sto trovando molto male in quanto non fa grandi distinzioni sulla tipologia di strada ne tantomeno è preciso con le numerazioni civiche consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono acquistarlo di aspettare un po’
