Part of the joy of cartoons is not worrying about realism, like having characters that are stupidly overpowered. For this list, we’ll be looking at characters from cartoons that have exhibited an absurd amount of power in some way, shape, or form. We’ll be excluding anime and shows adapted from superhero comics. Our countdown includes Bill Cipher from “Gravity Falls” (2012-16), Prismo from “Adventure Time” (2010-), Popeye from “Popeye the Sailor” (1960-62), He-Man from “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe” (1983-85), and more! Which ridiculously powerful character is your favorite? Let us know in the comments!

I don't know why Popeye is so low. Man survived not existing just by eating his spinach, punched the outline off a character, punched through the film reel they were in, and punched his animators.

Popeye the Sailor Man.
Why?
In the original comic book version, after Popeye ate his spinach, his durability went from Earth-level to universal-level.

At least Generator Rex is finally getting some recognition

I always love to hear people talking about Generator Rex. That show and the Secret Saturdays seem to be underrated and less talked about compared to shows like Ben 10 and Danny Phantom.

"We'll be excluding Anime and Shows adapted from Superhero Comics."

*Includes Klarion The Witch Boy from Young Justice, who debuted in a Comic way back in 1973.*

I love Bill Cipher's personality, he's both Crazy and Evil but also Charismatic and Clever

“By the power of Greyskull….
I HAVE THE POWER!”

Gotta love He-Man from the ‘80s animated franchise.

I think the collector form the owl house should've been on the list. He moved the moon by just pointing his finger at it

Oh Ben 10, such an awesome show that is still one of my all time favorites.😊💜
Also, Bill Cipher being stupidly powerful is especially bad considering he’s certifiably crazy.😳

Suggestion: Top 10 famous, powerful cartoon/anime characters who can defeat Superman.

The fact that Ben 10 isn't #1 is an outrage, he literally has ways to solo everyone off the list. The 5 beings ahead of him have exploitable weaknesses and have been defeated by less compared to Alien X.

Watchmojo: We won't be including characters adapting from comicbook.

Also Watchmojo: *add Young Justice in the list*

Aang and Korra are both of my favorite avatars.

What about Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony? She literally defies every rule of the universe ever!

I really though that Aang and Korra would be in the top 10, but at least Ben Tennyson is included.

Popeye should be higher on the list, he survived the universe being temporarily erased!

A list of characters that deserve to be on this list, and would probably be better choices than some of the ones on it.

The Guardian from Amphibia, literally responsible for creating the magical Plot MacGuffins of the series as a test to see who could replace it as god.

Rasslor from Dexter's laboratory, a planet destroying cosmic being that effortlessly defeated every hero on earth, the only reason he didn't destroy the world was because Monkey would not give up.

The Collector from The Owl House, effortlessly one shot Emperor Belos by poking him, moved the moon with only his finger, and casually altered reality like it was nothing more than a toy.
