I'm using a chrome browser on my Android phone. Whether I use the chrome or the Opera browser, the router 'home page' would not open after I entered the ID and the Password and it'd just taking forever.
It's started happening just recently. I didn't change anything on the router. Any insights would be appreciated.

I searched on the internet for help and came across this.
But my wifi problem is bit complicated.
Now i have tucked the white ethernet cable to the blue end(wan) of the router and then an adapter from lan1 end of router into the computer. But then when I run cmd
, it first of all doesn't show any wireless lan connection
2) it shows ethernet connection disconnected.
3) one major problem i see that, there are some indicating lights at the back of the router which indicate the connection, the connection just goes off randomly and frequently even when the wires i use have been checked successfully by my router service provider. Like as I change the connection from modem to computer, to modem to router to computer, the problem starts.
4) I can't open my ip address to configure the wifi
5) the whole setup i arrange has been checked by my router customer care center a couple of times and it works fine on their side, but when I bring it to connect to my pc, it doesn't work.

Sometimes it feels as if the router has developed some kind of incompatibility with my pc .

I am a total novice and just described my plight. I would be extremely grateful if I get some help here.

From the UK, I have not been able to access my vodafone router login from any device, reset my router, factory reset it, and all my devices, tried eveything in the video and still no joy. Ive even tried tethering from multiple devices connected to the cell nets, nothing tried every browser, nothing. Is there anything else I can try apart from getting a completely new Internet Service Provider?

Hey i just bought a "mobile wifi 4G Lte" router from TAKEALOT and it's giving me headaches, when I activate it the the signal light thing is always red and when I check for it's default gateway there is none can you help or should I return it?

I messed up my IP configuration for my router by trying to use the gateway IP as the client IP, so your first suggestion helped me see what I had done wrong. Thanks!

if none of this methods works for you, use any of the divices conected to the network that can log in the router page and change channel to auto, if this method works for you, please give me a reply and a like. Thanks..

I have D Link DIR 600L router. I had set username and password years ago. but now all of a sudden I cant log in to my router. the username says "admin" and its grayed out (cannot put anything on the username area). and when I enter password it says "please put username". what to do?

Ok, so after I tried a lot of things none of which helped, I finally called my internet service provider. They did something remotely and I think this is what fixed it for me. I can now access my router's control panel.

Did nothing for me. Oddly enough, although I can't connect to my router via ethernet and Windows 11, I can connect to it over WiFi on a Chromebook.
