Written by Darryl Hall and John Oates, She's Gone, was originally released on the Tavares in 1974. The single became a #1 Billboard chart hit, week of 12/21/74. Hall and Oates would release their own recording of She's Gone, two years later in the summer of 1976, and the song would peak at #6 on the Cash Box Pop chart.
