Real bodybuilders know the shake weight is all you need for arms

Yep, intention is probably the most important thing. My arms are one of my best body parts so I get asked a lot about how I train them. People really get surprised when I say just select a few exercises that you love and hammer them with great form and intensity. Then I see them train and their sets aren’t even close to failure, probably like at least 5 reps shy and it’s like their minds aren’t even into it they just go through do motions doing some sloppy reps.

I'm at a point where I see the DEADLIFT itself as an accessory movement. Actually, I see all of the big 3 and their basic variations as accessories. My big 3 are a work for the abs, neck and calves. Forearms/upper arms shortly behind, than shoulders, upper/midback and chest. Big numbers are a none concern, and often slot in an isolation over a compound based on muscle building priority (sacrifice a third press for an arm giant set, as an example).

I binge your arm videos! I found that the best arm growing tips are from people that have more torso dominant build because they learned stuff the hard way!
Followed your tips and growing my arms like never before!

This video slaps harder than my dad's belt.
I've started incorporating these tips from your channel just 6 weeks ago and already started noticing an uptick in arm size and strength

I always find it funny that most guys start lifting because they want to look more muscular, and usually that means bigger arms, but yet they still live in denial about what they want.

It's insane how much you've grown in just the year since this video.

I'll tell you an interesting story when I started training as a beginner I only trained my armss with dumbbells at home and they were big
then came the era of power lifting and starting strength and I stopped training my arms, I only did the big 5 and for 3 years my arms didn't grow a millimeter

As a rather arm dominant guy its great seeing others not only embrace the methods that got me jacked but also promote them to break this weird conception surrounding arm training. It bemoans me to see people still recommend stuff like "just do pullups and bench for your arms man", hopefully vids like this will slowly but surely dispel that mindset so we can all have big ass guns together

I’ve been implementing this mindset into my training recently, it’s definitely the way to go

It really is sad but true. So many of us start lifting because we want bigger arms, and then totally slack on them over the years.

My arms grew by simply doing them first instead of at the end of my workout.

Consider getting an arm day!

Once I started training my arms with the intention that others train their chest and back, I started growing them.

What i have been doing lately is switching the focus of the day .
so a "Torso" day the Arm work at the end of the session after pressing, while an "Arm" day would have the Arm work as the 2nd lift after the first "Arms bias compounds" like Close grip bench or Chin ups ..
that's one of the things that u actually opened my eyes on, which i am absolute loving it

Great input, I must totally admit you were the first person to make me do biceps curls as a second exercise in my session and it does work very well, thanks my man💪🏻

One way to get rid of the accessory mindset thing is to have an arm day, if you think they are accessories but then have to start a whole day with them the mindset changes, it did for me at least

For me I’m not a fan of putting arms first, the only exception would be an arm day

However I have noticed a significant difference in strength due to my mindset regarding my isolation movements. For example a regular pull day I would be fatigued and just do 3x8 lazily with An Ez Bar for curls, now I do the same exercises with the same sequence but I ensure that I go into my curls as if I have just started my session, this has done wonders for me so far.

This should be a great idea for a series of ideas between you, Alex Leonidas, and Paris Butler. I've heard all three of you recently discuss issues with arm growth and a collaboration would be cool!
