12 cm (4.7”) of insulation throughout and reduced door size means the Mangiafuoco won’t waste heat and won’t take long to reach the intense temperatures required of pizza cooking. And not just pizza, either: the Mangiafuoco is ideal for all kinds of foods, including baking mouthwatering artisanal bread or roasting tender, juicy chicken.
The Mangiafuoco is the mid-sized entry in our Toscana range of world-class stainless-steel pizza ovens and is available in both gas and wood-fired versions, and as a standalone or countertop unit.
