12 cm (4.7”) of insulation throughout and reduced door size means the Mangiafuoco won’t waste heat and won’t take long to reach the intense temperatures required of pizza cooking. Watching the video from the Aussie guy. I saw smoke coming out of the door opening and some smoke staining on the arch. not a deal breaker for me I am still reasonably interested in getting one more research is warranted
