Kvarter Skatan is imo, the best swedish comedy ever. David Batra plays a character called Ulf (the one in the red dress), he is hilarious! They also released a movie "Kvarteret Skatan reser till Laholm" 🍻

Kvarteret skaten is realy an iqonic serie in swedish television and I would say the big breakthrough for Johan Glans even if he had done things before.
