Hi question po i have the same problem, i used a new email address and yung 2nd step is now in progress, however na woworry ako kasi yung new email address na yun may url na iba sa original youtube channel ko. Pano niyo po na complete ng new email address and pano yung sa url ninyo?

I will try this method and hope it work. Will using another gmail account that doesn't use adsense as yet works? That is what I do. And am waiting again and it's in progress atm. Will tell you back if it work.
