For the ones who really want to learn everything,
The best way is to take notes of everything he said and also, if possible, code at the same time. Plus if you can try some exercises to improve your knowledge in MATLAB.

Big up for the video because it's tremendously good, i already known a bit of Matlab but with these i'm now more confortable on using it. I have noticed that one very fun way to practise MatLab is to simply try to use it for solving practice problems in math courses - this will automatically nudge you into things such as solutions of polynomials, row-reduction of matrices, plots of graphs, integrations between upper and lower bounds, vector fields etc.
And of course, this is also very convenient, since it spares you from always having to write things down on paper.
