Do you find any difference in concentricity/run out, loading the bullet from the top like that? I’m sure I read, wilson recommends to place the bullet with the case into the seater without removing the seating stem. I could be wrong! I also use wilson dies for all my rifles. Their full length bushing dies and micron chamber style arbor seating dies.

The instructions say to put the bullet on top of the round and place the die over the bullet then seat. You're not supposed to pull the seating stem out every time.
