US Deploys HIMARS Rocket Launchers To Latvia As Part of NATO Drills

During a NATO exercise in Skede, Latvia, the United States deploys soldiers and two HIMARS rocket launchers. The same launchers are currently used by the Ukrainian army to resist the invasion of the Russian army. The exercises are happened against a background of increasing wariness in Latvia over the unpredictability of its eastern neighbour.

The war in Ukraine has certainly increased interest in American made weapon systems, especially the HIMARS, believe Poland ordered 500 of them and offered to purchase rights to HIMARS ammunition production. Similar interest from Lithuania and Latvia.

This is why Ukraine is not getting as many heavy weapons as they would like. Putin would live the area to get rammed with who-knows-what. He would then attack somebody else Latvia for example.
