This is the third of your recipes that you've taught me, John, and I am so appreciative. With each bake I am becoming better at it and growing in confidence. When I go to cook, which is several times a week, I pull up your videos, hit play and go back and forth from my kitchen to living room, ensuring that I am doing what you are doing. Thank you so much. All your instructions are perfect. Today is the first time I have successfully completed a baguette. My gas oven was a bit weak so I had to increase the baking temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 10 minutes. In the past, many YouTubers gave incorrect instructions on making baguettes; so I had to throw away a lot of ingredients, especially wasting too much time. Once again, I sincerely thank you for your detailed and precise baking instructions. I wish you and your family good health and happiness. I baked two loaves of baguettes.
