Gotta say, I was really excited to see Vernestra, a book-only character, on-screen for the first time. But her character ended up being so contradictory to her book counterpart that I'm seriously wondering if Justina Ireland actually gave the writing team her sealed approval to use the character she created. I hate to say it but I gotta do it: They did Vernestra really dirty with this one.
