Walking into a Mexican bakery you would think you are in Paris. Because of the French influence in Mexican baked goods. Mexico has the best bakeries in the world. I love their puff pastry products and their shortbread cookies most of all. And eating a concha with a cup of Mexican coffee is heaven!

I do notice that you picked very bougie and trendy spots though. CDMX has so many great bakeries at a lower budget too. You must do a video on the classic ones!
