1 Cup - Quinoa Enjoy and Subscribe :)
2 Cups - Water
2 1/2 tsp (divided) - Salt
2 tsp (divided) - Pepper
8 Oz. - Mushrooms
1 1/2 Crowns - Broccoli
10 - Baby Carrots
5 - Baby Bell Peppers
1 - Onion
2 1/2 tsp - Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp - Olive Oil
1 Tbsp - Shredded Cheese
1/4 Cup - Bread Crumbs
1 Egg

I found this video looking for some way to start cooking quinoa. I unfortunately have health issues that requires me to find ways to get protein other than meat. I have trouble digesting it. I don't know where you are from but I find you absolutely delightful to watch cook! You are just darling! So fun and upbeat. I LOVE TO COOK! And my family loves that I am a great cook but I am so depressed that I cook beautiful meals for my husband and can't eat them. I get so many ideas from watching others cook on Youtube. how long and at wich temperature did you put the Veggies in the oven for 35min ?
