I have never followed NBA and never heard of Kevin Garnett, only after the movie I found out that this was an actual athlete staring himself. During the movie I just thought he was one of the many great supporting actors in this overall amazing well cast piece. That alone speaks in a sence volumes of his talent.

KG was low key really good in uncut gems. I didn’t notice it until towards the end because he fit seamlessly in to the movie. If he were doing shitty, I would’ve noticed right away. Most athletes do poorly in movies.

That 2006 Heat title team got swept by Luol Deng the next year.
