If they don’t understand, safe zones and wildfires… why would you expect them to know anything about mitigating drainage- a lot of failure and no accountability

Our condo HOA is working on this problem of drainage errosion here in Florida. Its expensive and the HOA has to be responsible enough to be proactive. Our building are on a river front, so I hope we can take care before something similar happens here.
