How to Drag and Drop Multiple Files and upload to the server with resume option

Giving an option of drag and drop of multiple files with remove option while uploading is a pretty good user experience and while uploading multiple files or large file to server there is a very high chance of internet disconnection so giving a resumable option in upload will be very useful in uploading a large file to the server.
