Where are the water drops? Maybe "strategic burning" isn't a good idea, because sparks from them can blow and ignite other fires.

CHANGING IS INDEED NEEDED.
I DID NOT SEE PEOPLES COMPLAINT. THEY JUST TALKED EACH OTHER ABOUT WILD FIRE.
IF IT WAS HAPPENED IN SOUTH KOREA EVERY YEAR, THEY CERTAINLY DID SOMETHING NOT TO BE HAPPENED AGAIN.
GOVERNMENT'S IRRESPONSIBILITY, OFFICIAL'S DISABILITY, PEOPLE'S INDIFFERENCE.
CITY OF LOS ANGELES IS NOT ATTRACTIVE CITY ANY MORE.

Less to burn next yr. These lands were Born to Burn kids, many species of trees can't reproduce without fire, the problem is lack of *frequent lower intensity fires* as was the historic norm.
