Nice to have another electric sedan for a change instead of yet another boring SUV. This looks rather like the last gen. Toyota Avalon. Still, a Beetle EV would be nice and would likely sell in droves. Just make it as much like the original Beetle as possible, NOT the New Beetle. GREAT preview, Lauren!

Very nice looking electric vehicle. Handsome interior with some blue. The infomat screen looks like my monitor in size. No armrest or cup holders in the rear seat. I think it is a little pricey for the average vehicle.

Good review. The car looks more mundane or ordinary than "Jaw-dropping". VW will do better doing 1 or 2 EV models right and scaling them to massive levels instead of ID 3, 4, 5, 6, Buzz - all with mediocre quality and medium scale. EV affordability can only be achieved with scale, and the quality can be iterated fast enough if the model/trim complexity is low. VW is trapping it self in an organizational inertia with too much manufacturing and operational complexity that won't allow them to be nimble enough to complete with modern manufacturers with software expertise.
