I love it so far, it looks amazing! Just at the part about getting a real plant!
I'm not in pitsburg but I do have to say, my most unique, large, and sculptural trees/plants have been from Facebook marketplace! I highly recommend that as an option! I got a 15 and 8 year old rubber tree and a 15 year old weeping fig. The look of a tree that's been cared for in a home that long is so unique and you can't buy it at the store like that! Often the price is really good too.

This is the Hookup!! I looove the dining chairs and the bold chances you took with that big hunka marble coffee table and the checked rug. I've loved every version of that room, and this is an excellent next phase. And not for anything, but that coffee art is as good as anything in a gallery.
