My first mammogram aged 55, they found something suspicious and said it was 50/50 cancer, they wanted to do a biopsy there and then! Praying on the vulnerability of a person in shock. I resisted and said I'd come back for another mammogram in a year, my doctor was horrified and said "do you want to die?" Disgusting!! A year later I had a mammogram and there was no change, it may have been like that for 30 years for all I know. They almost had me but I think I dodged a bullet. No more screening for me, I'll look after myself and seek medical care if and when I need it. I'm 60 and my parents are 80, none of us take any regular prescription medications.

Diagnosed with skin cancer and booked in for operation 6 months later, during which time took 8000IU vit D3 daily, 18/6 fasting, low carb diet (except beer at weekend), applied Fucidin cream (against medical advice) - cancer disappeared after 4 months so no op needed!
