They sure are different! Lol.. I personally like collecting versions of the trucks that had a theme change like the Fire & Ice theme in 2019. For the universe or outer space theme, they only had Monster Mutt Dalmatian in real life. I collected that one in diecast form. That doesn’t mean I won’t change my mind, but I like sticking to real life themed trucks.

Zombie and Bakugan would be cool irl. Since Bari won't compete I find Zombie unlikely but Bakugan is certainly possible. Earthshaker is also kinda interesting. Grave Digger doesn't seem different from Galaxies much, but it would still be cool irl too. I'll get to see nitro v neons in action at the Superstar!

I actually love them and so does my kid, Earthshaker which I think has always been on of the best on all the themes they have done, it didn’t disappoint at all..

I never really liked the Nitro Neons series, so this is definitely a pass for me. It also seems like Spin Master is running out of ideas. I think it would be cool if they took recommendations from fans/collectors to see what thematic series we would want. Kinda like the HWMJ derailed truck.

Even though these aren’t “Earth vs Surf” VS, with the color styles, it’s like they are still doing 2 different types of trucks. One is super vibrant (Earthshaker and Dragonoid) and the other is more muted (Zombie and Gravedigger). Especially when you consider that they are 100% the same tires, chassis, roll cage, and rims.

Alright in my honest opinion, these things look really bad. I get what they were going for 100%, but it doesn't change the fact that these gaudy, clashing colors are extremely unpleasant to look at. I much preferred the times where we were getting unique art and designs for the trucks, instead of just color swaps with the most horrific looking color combos

Bakugan Dragonoid is my favorite as it looks great as just a body and on the chassis, Grave Digger and Zombie look like they were just run through a photoshop filter(although a nice chassis setup, nonetheless), and Earthshaker is... meh. The dirt and the bed color on the back is not very pleasant to look at, and the chassis looks rough with the body. Still finding Earth Vs Surf in my area, so it'll be a good while before I see these. Nice review, but it's just not my favorite thematic.

I'm not trying to sound mean but
This is and has to be the biggest flop spin master has done this is terrible
At least do a overcast vs nitro neon

Nitro neons: colorful and crazy etc
Overcast: Dark black, gray, white gloomy
That would be a good one
