he says they are obviously working on zelda for wii u. but this tech demo is not that game and this style of art is not neccesarily being used either

This is real gameplay. It's taken from a tech demo that you can play on the showfloor this year at the convention centre.

@Legopancake it's been confirmed, it is live footage running off the Wii U hardware. They have videos up already of people actually interacting with this-changing camera angles, adjusting the lighting, all in real-time using the controller.

@Krukkie also if you pause it at 0:03 you see items from twilight princess that are only from twilight princess, like some of the envelopes and the gale of winds boomerang (or whatever it is called)

You know what this is? It's exactly like the old "Spaceworld" video that showed off the Gamecube's power back in the day, the one that had Link fighting Ganondorf?

Still, this aside, this does show and prove: The Wii U is a powerhouse. The graphics look on par, if not better, then a souped-up PC.

@shonic1000 nintendo has not confirmed this to be a real game by any means. in fact they have made comments to suggest otherwise and have said that the demo does not by any means express what the next zelda game may look like

@Cococrash11 Well HD zelda will most likely be related to TP story so that may be the reason who knows it could be left handed by the time the game is actually made.

It's actually Real-Time footage. The system will produce these types of graphics, but as of right now, it's not an actual game per sae.

the spaceworld demo in 2000 for gamecube showed off its graphics in a zelda game, link fighting came out zelda, as in windwaker. it was similar to this. nintendo always abandons/delays there ideas if the time is not right. like when they dabbled with the idea of 3d long before 3ds was realised
