What's The Best Hero In BTD6?

Every hero in BTD6 has different strengths and weaknesses, but which ones are the overall best in the different game categories such as chimps, freeplay and boss fights? In this guide we will take a look at every hero in the game so you know which one to buy first!

Another hero, one with a jetpack if i remember correctly, should be coming out soon. What game modes do you think it will be useful in? Given it has a jetpack, im guessing it has alot of range and will be the 2nd hero that can be placed over land and water just like Pat. Hope it gets paired with some cool synergies or something!

worth noting that unlike Corvus and Adora, Churchill also doesn't have a way of giving himself XP, so he's in reality the single slowest-levelling hero in the game

Worth noting that Etienne's UCAV can't hit black or zebra properties (including DDTS) until level 20, at which point it can, but only while the ability is active (the permanently active part still can't)

Unlike Churchill, Corvus has the Nourishment spell & Adora has the Blood Sacrifice ability to circumvent their extremely slow levelling up rate. Great video MackanRules! 👍

Pat and Adora are known for making solo 1 tier clears in competitive CT when paired with the right relics
Jones comps are still very high tier in CHIMPS, he's often considered top 5. He also buffs Spike Factories efficiency by 25%, which is quite ridiculous.
Jones is done very dirty in this video, he was meta pre buffs and is even better now.

Personally my favorite hero is Adora, but I’ve been using a lot of Geraldo lately cause he’s just so versatile. He’s never a bad choice

Hello mackan I am a race expert(I think) so I can say how good most of the towers are in races:
Quincy is pretty bad in races and only use him if too many Bloons leak
Gwen: THE BEST RACE HERO, you can start with her in most cases and you can sell her after the lvl3 ability while it is still active and rebuy her, use her a lot :)))
Striker jones: good for buffing and abilities bad damage output
Obyn and Corvus: complicating especially Corvus who used to have a mana shield bug where you can leak unlimited fortified moabs, but bad
Churchill: great at straight lines and cleanup
Benjamin: maybe better than gwen, place him early to get *lots of money*
Ezili: what
Pat: good abilities, bad damage output
Etienne: backup camo, otherwise pretty mid
Brickell: underrated and actually decent???
Adora: I don’t use her in races
She is that bad 💀
Sauda Arabia 🇸🇦🇸🇦: nice alternative to gwen, has amazing abilities
Psi: downright horrible, even ninja kiwi called (them) a bad race tower💀that’s how you know that it sucks
better than Corvus if you place him and his nft early, but also really good
Jet pack hero: I have no idea who bro is hopefully they don’t cost 10k monkey money

Worth noting that [some[ hero abilities follow the hero's targetting, meaning you can target strong to put more dmg on a big bloon or target first to catch leaking bloons. Sauda's leaping sword and quincy's storm of arrows behave this way.

I figured this one out recently, if you set Sauda to strongest during boss battles her leaping sword will always hit the boss. It goes off of whatever setting you have her on. It’s also amazing on time attack mode if you activate it right when you spawn a ton of rounds in.

Etienne giving global camo is why I will gladly main him. Lets me mess around with towers/crosspaths I wouldn't normally use

I think quincy is really nice, he is really useful as a strategy solver in chimps, like starting in medium difficulty, has camo by round 24, can deal with the early leads, and does well against 63, 78 and 96/98 that are usually the trouble rounds, he also has a lot of range so in a lot of difficult maps can cover multiple lanes and since is cheap you don't get him late and even if you do levels up so fast. If you're doing a strategy that doesn't require a specific hero he's massive to let you play with whatever you want.

Striker Jones is the most used hero at a high level when grinding medals. Jones + recursive makes the game playable essentially AFK until round 100 earlier than any other combination

I used to use most of the heroes based on the map and strategy but avoid striker like the plague because any strategy I had another hero fit way better.

But with his rework I’ve started using him for the pierce buff combined with things like Permaspike and tackzone.

Personally, I think Corvus is by far the best hero.

Granted my opinion is biased in that I love heroes that can do it all. Which is why previously my main was Geraldo. However Geraldo still requires you to sink cash into him, which you could've otherwise used for towers. You don't need to do so with Corvus, he can solo carry himself whilst also preserving your cash, granted you are good enough with him, which I think is worth it.

Tip for beginners
Sauda can be used in nearly every map on hard, after you place you get a banana farm, she'll kill everything up untill the point the farm is on 2-0-3 after that buy a tower with piercing, and mind for the wave 40 moab
From there on it's basically easy mode, get more farms or whatever suits you
