In 2007, Project for Awesome was born with the goal of decreasing World Suck. In 2011, Project for Awesome turned 5 and 2 million more children reached their 5th birthday. That same year, almost 60 million school aged children missed out on their education. In the last 5 years you’ve helped us protect children who have been forced to flee from war, or escape deadly drought. Because of you, today, 4 million more kids will reach their 5th birthday and 6 million more will go to school. If Project for Awesome were a child he would be a happy and healthy 10-year-old learning in school.
