Useless if there are laws that aren't enforced.
If the cycling roads have speed limits maybe put signs?

Are cyclists are allowed to ride on the expressways. I have been seeing quite a few these days.

What...? 25kph on cycling path? Most bicycles don't need effort already above that speed.
