GUYS I HAVE A THEORY 🤓☝️
Maybe suns reason for wanting people to like him is because of his family's high expectations of him forcing him to end up wanting to reach everyones expectations even when he doesnt like them back (also a reason why he dated moon)
So maybe earth doesnt like him but sun has lingering feeling because when he was with earth he felt free of judgement and expectations.
(Reasons why i think this is because usally people who have families that dont love them they look for a getaway/escape and sadly earth was that escape)
