@ashish at timeline 30:23, I want the button to be visible for few users under Custom: Support Profile. How can I acheive it? if I use custom permission, it is getting hidden for all other profile including System administrator.

Sir I make some fields as read only and saved it. But still these fields are editable. Is there any Solution for that? When I make fields required this works properly.
