Animals are so precious, IDK how anyone could be cruel to one.

Side note: It's abusive to overfeed your pets but especially a pug. They're breathing is already significantly impaired, I can't imagine how difficult being overweight must make it for him. I wish people would stop getting them as pets. As precious as they are they should no longer be a specious, or at least be cared for appropriately; not living in high tempt areas, definitely shouldn't be overweight and need to be able to rest in a cool place often, not forced to keep walking because the owner is in a rush or thinks "it's good for him/her".
