I had some pho type soup in souel it was good and spicy loved it on my last layover in south korea, my next flight in 3 weeks i onlt have a 2 hour layover so not much time to go site seeing but the trip back i have a 6 hour layover so i can look around

Incheon's impressive in terms of efficiency and cleanliness - but not many food outlets airside in T1. And since the end of restrictions, it took an hour of queuing to get through immigration (March 24). Best Western hotel is a good bet - free transfer from T1 and only 5 mins.

Maybe it was closed during covid but there's Matina all you can eat Korean buffet. $39 and includes beer and wine. They even have a robot busboy
