Показать описание

In this lesson, you will learn how to simplify algebraic expressions using order of operations that include parenthesis. The general rule is that all operations inside of the parenthesis must be completed first. If multiple nested parenthesis are present, then the innermost parenthesis is simplified first, workout towards the outermost parenthesis.

PEMDAS
Parenthesis
Exponent
Multiplication _ Division
Addition _ Subtraction

Top is number one priority. What you solve first in a expression is always the parenthesis. Then you deal with whatever is below that.
Multiplication and division are done with either choice, does not matter which one you do first, same for addition and subtraction.
