Hello sir! I have a kubota b 7000 minitractor and the engine is pushing oil into the cooling sistem, even if i already resurfaced the cylinder head and changed head gasket. Any advice? Is the motor salvageable or not? Thank you!

I have a Kubota d850 which has the bores completely grooved and causing lack of compression.The repair kit is reasonably priced but the engine shop want about $1000 to replace and rebore the new sleeves.Is this more or less what I should be exspected to pay?
