Great talk... but I think I'll stick with zone.js

To handle (mousemove) event and similar, angular can throttle the actual change detection to avoid the expensive check for every mouse move.
By the way, this is the only sane solution that I’ve seen in the talk but it’s only going to solve stuff that happen inside angular.

And for that exact reason, zone.js was invented; to handle stuff that happen out side of angular.
