Ok here are some honest cuteacs:

1. Your jokes feel forced. I can understand if it's a language issue, but they feel stiff and flat.

2. You are doing well with what you got. I appreciate the effort.

3. Your demeanor is one of questioning why you are there. You are recording the video, be about the video. I'm not saying fake the excitement. I'm trying to say, to actually enjoy making your content. There is no point to it if you aren't enjoying it.

4. You are asking for pretty reasonable goals, but you can go a bit further with it.
