balloons between 2.9-3.1 grams
length of string was 1m for each balloon
angle at the top was 20-22 degrees ... though this was a bit tough to measure

Work out the average charge of the balloons only, we will not be adding mass to each balloon and see how the relationship between distance and force varies as we keep the charge constant. (too hard basket)

Mistake - should be 10-12 degrees at the top not 20-22 degrees
