Easy Panettone recipe for making flavorful Italian Panettone Bread in a very simple and easy method.The Panettone bread is filled with juicy raisins and infused with lots of citrus and vanilla flavor.

There is an old saying that there is no "Easy" Panettone.But this version of making Panettone is very simple and easy that we don't need a preferment and very long waiting time to make this beautiful Italian Christmas bread panettone and the resulting panettone bread is absolutely delicious.

What is Panettone?
Panettone is an Italian type of sweet bread originally from Milan, usually prepared and enjoyed for Christmas and New Year

How to make Panettone?
To make traditional Italian panettone, we use sourdough starter to prepare the dough.
And in many traditional Italian Panettone recipes they use a preferment like biga or poolish to make panettone.
In this easy recipe we are not using any preferment and so its so much easier to make than a traditional Italian Panettone Recipe.

We use only six basic basic ingredients to make our panettone dough and then in the second step we add all those special ingredients and make our panettone dough a festive one!

For baking Panettone ,Arrange the rack in the lower rack and set the temperature to 350 F.
After 30 minutes of baking Panettone, reduce the temperature to 325 f and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes.

You will be surprised to see how beautiful ,flavorful and delicious our easy panettone will turn out.

Who is this lady? ohh her voice is actually like Christmas. Thanks for this guide though this recipe. I m spending Christmas overseas this year, where there is no pannetone, l was looking to find a the recipe, but knowing that l would probably not make it because it is a difficult recipe, but then this lady came up on the screen and OMG her voice so calming!!, I sat through the usually l would have flipped on to the next Thanks so much l would be making my 1st pannetone, you have given me the confidence.
