This is so exciting... I am Australian... THIS is what I have been doing - on my own - with very little intervention from my Doctor except to monitor the medications I went off in March last year! After seeing your study Veronique, I am so enthused about the fact that MY Hba1c took an upward turn in the last quarter, from 3 consecutive 'normal' range results. The reason I am enthused? Well *I* thought *I* was doing something wrong.... I have had a very stressful few months - and YOUR study just showed me that I didnt need to worry - in effect add more stress!
I have lost and kept off more than 20kg and now I am jumping at the bit to get going with more weight loss and lower Hba1c's - THANK YOU!!!!

I am so glad to see this high level success in a clinical setting! I had to swim against medical, friends, and family opinions when I went sugar free LCHF prior to reverse my diabetes.

I reversed diabetes following a ketogenic lifestyle. Two major side effects were: 1. I lost 85 pounds. 2. I’m exponentially healthier brain to toes. Been living this way for 4 years now and know no other way to live. Great show, thanks.

11:05 Delightful! Here is someone who has seen and treated the worst symptoms of a (primarily) poor diet and lifestyle. Veronique's excitement is palpable, and earned!

It's a pity that general GPs still won't look at the data and continue to prescribe meds, the standard Aust diet and exercise as the only way to control T2D. As far as they are concerned, there is no cure only medication to control its effects!

Your hospital experience is mine too. Giving terrible carb loaded food, some of it ordered on a medication chart!, and chasing it with insulin just led to terrible swinging blood glucose levels in our poor patients. People deserve NORMAL bgls.

Awesome... I practice independently, which has challenges. I definitely support this team approach but it needs to be for all ppl; not exclusive to diabetes. Ex: a current client without diabetes but significant central adiposity: metabolic syndrome, HTN, chronic

Could you please make a presentation of all the results of all the 5 years of the Virta 5-year study? I know it's a different company. But the same kind of project. And that company is not being fully transparent. Are you being fully transparent yourselves? Is your raw data available for external analysis?
