There are so many people who never had a conversation about finances and planning with their aging parents or loved one. These difficult conversation are important from a legal standpoint because it can affect Medicaid paying for their nursing home care. We have so many people who have come to our elder law office and realizing that they don't benefit from Medicaid paying for care because they have not done the right paperwork and now have to pay themselves at least $2000/month.

@34:00, My wife has MS and my company makes it as difficult as possible to take FMLA. I still do, but there's constant hoops to jump through.
