Here is a first look at Harbor Freights 1000LB hydraulic table cart. So far I'm really enjoying using it for this bandsaw rebuild and would recommend it to anyone out there.

Love mine, especially with discount coupons! They will bleed down over time so make sure nothing is under it that might get crushed.

Hey Tim,
The bleeding instruction issue is not the operator at all. Why didn't you talk about or show the bleeding procedure you used! The instructions given are completely WRONG. The bleeding instructions sticker on the RAM are totally different than what is on page 5 in the included manual and both are wrong. The manual page 5 version is backwards and if followed you will totally overfill it and it will then come down only half way. The only way to remedy this is to take the plug back out and pull the release handle making a big mess all over your floor with the extra fluid you added. This is what happened to me. The ram sticker is more correct except they never mention the actually bleeding procedure. Also step one contradicts itself. Doing this correctly it would need to be in the down position and then fill it after bleeding off the air. To do that, you would have REMOVE the tray to access the fill hole. Ridiculous!. I'm almost tempted to make a hole with a 1 inch hole-saw in the tabletop at the exact location of the fill hole on the RAM in the full down position

Are the roller wheels for the lift on the table and lower track plastic?

Hi, can this be moved freely with load like moving a heavy box to your car ?

"It works just fine." But you need a 4x4 to stop it from falling and you don't say a peep about it. Am I supposed to pretend I don't see that?

So the block of wood works as a safety stop if the jack bleeds off. Question is I want to use it for my ATV storage stand, will the block work for long term?

I like how they say to bleed the cylinder lowered and in upright position when the plug can't be accessed while in that position.
