My tip is if you can’t/ don’t have a bidet just keep a squirt bottle in the bathroom and use warm water. Simple and cheap.

As a big sister i always tell my teenage sisters to drink water !! Our vaginas need water to self clean! I also cut soda/ juices years ago and i never have issues or concerns with odor ! :)

I can’t stand water based lubricants they get so tacky and cause painful friction for me 😣 maybe it’s just the ones I tried, but silicone seems to stay really nice and.. slippery lol😂

My gynecologist suggested coconut oil as a lubricant…..it’s also an incredibly good makeup remover. Lol😅
