One of the best and most beautiful cats I have ever had was found at a dumpster. She was my faithful companion for 16 years. I'm so glad she was okay when I found her. God bless this lady.❤❤❤

New Rescue Alert!

We were notified by our friend that 2 kittens were wandering around the parking lot of the YMCA at 6 am this morning.

She picked them up and then called us. We went down there to check if any other kittens or Mom could be found. We walked to the far end of the parking lot and started meowing for them. We heard tiny return meows from underneath a dumpster. We were greeted by two more tiny babies.

Mom hadn't been spotted (for over 4 hours), and the kittens were starving. We hope nothing bad has happened to Mom. Our friend will be setting a trap for her over the next couple of days. We're hopeful she will be back and we can get her spayed or if she's friendly adopted.

These little nuggets will be at our adoption event tomorrow 🤗 They aren't big enough to go home yet, but they will be available for preadoption. Preadoption meaning their adoption fee can be paid, they will be reserved for you, but they will remain with us until they are spayed/neutered, and all vetting/vaccines are complete.

I hope the mother was found and helped too.
She will wonder where her babies went and maybe search for them, never knowing what happened .
Maybe the mother belonged to someone and was out and about and tried to find a safe place to have them if she couldn't make it home.
